How it works

3 sessions on-site at your office. Group coaching, individual sessions, and a structured wrap-up. Your IT contact joins Session 1 for setup support.

Foundation & Setup

Opening presentation: what AI is and isn't, core concepts, and a live demo that reframes what AI can actually do. Guided setup with your IT contact present: Claude accounts, Cowork, personalized instructions. Everyone completes their first hands-on exercise on a real task.

Session 2

3 hours

Core Skills & Deep Practice

Review Session 1 and share wins. Deep-dive into context engineering - the skill that determines AI usefulness. Each participant works on real tasks from their role with hands-on guidance. Skills and plugins installed per function. Security awareness and responsible use.

Session 3

Flexible

Individual Sessions + Group Wrap-Up

Private 30-45 minute sessions with each participant, tailored to their role and learning style. Then a 1-hour group wrap-up: gather insights, build a team action plan, and tie everything together.

Follow-up

Check-in (included)

Check-in with your contact person 1-3 weeks after the sprint. Team adoption status, common issues, and next steps. In-person or via Teams.

This is the default structure. It can be adapted to fit your team's schedule. Participants who can't attend a specific session can join via Teams as a fallback.
