3 sessions of 3 hours each, spaced 2-3 days apart to keep momentum. On-site at your office.

Session 1

Foundation & Setup

Hands-on setup from minute one: Claude account, Cowork, personalized instructions. Core AI concepts, context engineering, and a live demo that reframes what AI can actually do. First practical work with your own material.

Session 2

Deep-Dive Workflows

Review what you tried since Session 1. Map your most time-consuming tasks and build AI-enhanced versions. Deep practical work with real material until workflows feel natural. Install skills and plugins for your role.

Session 3

Advanced Patterns & Sustainability

Advanced techniques adapted to your interests - multi-document analysis, decision frameworks, and for technical participants, Claude Code. Security awareness, a sustainable AI operating rhythm, and your action plan for weeks 1-4.

Follow-up

Check-in (included)

30-60 minutes, 1-3 weeks after the sprint. Check what stuck, troubleshoot, adjust workflows, and plan next steps. In-person or via Teams.

This is the default structure. It can be adapted to fit your schedule. Sessions can also go deeper into coding and automation based on your interests.
